"Shipping feels oddly expensive"
They’ve got some cool stuff, but the shipping cost really took the excitement out of it. Maybe it’s just me, but it kind of feels like the price looks good until checkout, and then they make up for it with the shipping.

"Got quick help with my order!!"
I had a quick question about shipping, and honestly... they got back to me fast!! It wasn’t like, absolutely perfect or anything, but they were helpful, polite, and nice enough to deal with. Overall, no big complaints here... I’d probably order from them again!!!

"A surprisingly great pressing"
My record showed up perfectly flat and played super quiet, with no pops or distractions. it sounded way better than I expected. It’s always nice when a pressing lets you just sink into the music instead of thinking about the vinyl itself

I got my records today and everything was exactly what I ordered. No mixups, packed well, and they showed up looking good. The only thing was that when I had a small question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of really helped. Still, the order itself was totally fine and I’m happy with how it arrived

The tracking showed it was delivered, but nothing ever showed up at my door. I’m still waiting, and the tracking info didn’t really help at all. It’s not even about the delay at this point, it’s just frustrating not knowing where my package actually is.

"Great value if you’re thinking about joining"
I ended up getting way more records than I expected, which was a really nice surprise. For anyone on the fence about the club, I’d say it’s definitely worth considering if you’re trying to build up your collection without spending a ton.

"Great music, sleeve was kinda meh"
I ordered a record from Joyful Noise and the music itself is totally good, no complaints there. But the cover art was a little disappointing tbh. The colors looked way more dull than they did in the online pics, and up close the print had this kinda fuzzy look to it.
It’s not like it ruined the whole thing or anything, but with vinyl I do expect the sleeve to feel a bit more special. For the price, the artwork just didn’t really hit the way I hoped it would.

To be fair, I can see how some people might really like the picks, but they just didn’t feel that consistent to me. A few seemed interesting, while others felt kind of random, so overall the curation was a bit uneven for my taste

"Great pressings, if you’re not in a hurry"
I’ve ordered a couple of exclusive releases from Joyful Noise, and to be fair, the quality has been really nice. The vinyl looked great, showed up without any weird warping, and sounded clean on my setup, which is always a pleasant surprise these days.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the shipping took longer than I expected, and the updates were minimal, because apparently patience is part of the experience. Still, I’m happy with what I got and would probably order again, just with my expectations adjusted accordingly.

"Preorder still hasn’t shipped and the terms keep changing"
I preordered this a while ago and it still hasn’t shipped. There haven’t been any real updates, which is frustrating. What makes it worse is that the terms seem to keep changing after the fact, so it feels like I’m just waiting around with no clear idea of what’s going on. Really disappointing experience so far.

My order arrived safely and the records were packed really well, no bent corners or cracked sleeves, and the mailers were solid. I’ll give them credit for that. But I did feel a bit misled because the overall description made me expect something slightly different than what showed up. Packaging was great, just wish the listing had been clearer.

"Prices add up quickly"
I’ve liked a few of the records they’ve put out, so it’s not even about the music or the quality for me. It’s more that the prices start to feel a little hard to justify, especially once shipping gets added on. I know vinyl isn’t cheap these days, but it still felt like I was paying a bit extra without really understanding why.

"Checkout was a bit of a hassle"
I’m happy with the records, but the checkout part was kind of annoying. The page took a while to load, the shipping cost didn’t show up until later, and my payment failed the first time for some reason. It did go through eventually, but that whole thing made the buying experience feel a little frustrating.

"Nice perks, but I wouldn’t rely on support"
I’ve been a member for a while now, and it’s been worth it since I buy records often. The discounts are decent, early access is nice, and I’ve ended up finding a few albums I probably wouldn’t have looked at otherwise. Shipping can be a little slow here and there, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. My only thing is I don’t really trust customer service to be super helpful if something goes wrong, so I mostly just hope every order shows up fine. Overall though, I’m happy with the membership.

I had a good feeling once the updates started coming through, and they kept me in the loop the whole time about my order and shipping. I didn’t have to guess where things were or chase anyone down, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and it just felt easy.
